1:1 Coaching

For women ready to go all in

1:1 coaching is my most personalized and in-depth offering. It’s designed for women who are truly ready to slow down and do life different. They want to take a deep and honest look at their patterns and make meaningful change with consistent, high-level support.

This work is for you if you know deep inside that it’s time to do something different. You are tired of not feeling good in your body and you’re ready to understand why and willing to take a more whole-person approach.

Together, we explore your unique story around food, body, and self ~ again, this is not to dwell here, but to create clarity and to give us direction. We look at the beliefs, habits and internal fears shaping your choices. We work together in a way that’s thoughtful, compassionate, honest and at times, challenging.

Because this is 1:1, the work unfolds at your pace and around your life. You receive full support as you integrate new tools, experiment with different ways of relating to yourself, and begin to experience more ease not just in your body and with food, but in how you show up in relationships, work and life in general.

It asks for presence and commitment. And for women who are truly ready to do the work, it can offer great freedom and a unique space for creation.

Group Coaching

Depth, Reflection and Connection

Group coaching offers a powerful space to explore food, body and self in the presence of other thoughtful women. It’s ideal if you want meaningful insight and support, while also learning through shared experience.

In group work, many women discover something surprising: the struggles they’ve been carrying privately are often shared and far more human than they realized. Shame softens. Perspective widens. Curiosity replaces self-criticism.

Through guided conversations, reflection and practical tools, participants begin to understand their patterns in a new way and experiment with more supportive choices without pressure to be perfect or perform.

Group coaching is structured, intentional and deeply normalizing. Women often leave feeling lighter, clearer and more confident in how they relate to food, body and themselves.

Retreats

Space to pause, step away and come back to your true self.

Retreats are immersive experiences designed to create space from routines, expectations and constant self-monitoring. They offer a chance to pause, reflect and reconnect in a way that everyday life rarely allows.

Through guided conversation, gentle practices, nourishing food and plenty of unstructured time, retreats support insight, rest and integration. Food and body are explored naturally, not as problems to fix but as part of a larger relationship with self.

These gatherings are intentionally spacious and thoughtfully curated. Women often return home feeling grounded, refreshed and more connected to themselves with clarity that continues to unfold long after the retreat ends.
